Sending a Support Request in TracPlus Pro

It is possible to send a Support Request to the TracPlus Support Team directly from within TracPlus Pro. Doing this has the advantage that it will automatically attach the log files for a further in-depth investigation.

From Within TracPlus Pro

Select 'Help' on the menu bar. Then 'Send Support Request' in the drop-down menu.

This will open the dialogue box, where you can enter the relevant details. Be sure to enter your name, contact information, followed by a description of the issue you are experiencing. It will help if you can list the steps that you were following when you noticed the problem, this may help duplicate it.

If you wish to see what data is being attached to the Support request you can do this by clicking on the words 'click here,' just above the 'Send Request' button.
